People ask me all of the time what I recommend doing outside of the treatment itself. I believe that most of what can cause pain as well as heal pain, has to do with your basic lifestyle. In no particular order of importance, here are what I call the essentials:

  • Hydration
  • Movement
  • Nourishing food
  • Sleep
  • Play
